Classes

For everybody, from beginners to experienced baristas, we share all the secrets needed to pour that perfect cup. We provide all the coffee needed for the class, as well as your very own barista to use and abuse as you see fit. All classes are held behind the brew bar at our Little Collins Street store. Using the same fabled Slayer espresso machine and Hario brewing equipment that our baristas use, we teach all of the methods you see in the shop. Allowing you to recreate the Sensory Lab experience at home, anytime you would like.
