You have the choice to choose from our exclusive S-1, S-2, S-3 specialty blends or 'Roaster's Choice' single origin specialty coffees. Quantities are available in 250g, 500g, 1,2 & 5kg deliveries.

Current blends available are:

S-1 - sweet 40%, sour 40%, salt 20%

• Origins: El Salvador, Brazil, Colombia, Sumatra
• Tasting notes ~ ripe fruits and cocoa. med body.

S2 - sweet 50%, sour 50%, salt 00%

• Origins: Kenya Gaikundo & Igutha
• Tasting notes ~ bright citrus lemon zest, stone fruits & shiraz.

S3 - sweet 75%, sour 25%, salt 00%

• Origins: Guatemala Santa Clara & Costa Rica Las Lajas
• Tasting notes ~ intense sweetness, bush honey and cocoa.

Roasters Choice

• Our master roasters will examine a single origin coffee in peak season and roast it fresh on rotation every second Thursday of the month. This offering is exclusive to coffee subscribers only.
